The 2024 FedEx St. Jude Championship schedule takes place from August 15-18, 2024 at TPC Southwind in Memphis, TN. The tournament is the first stop in the PGA Playoffs that are part of the FedEx Cup. Only the top 70 players on the FedEx Cup points list at the end of the regular season are eligible to play in the tournament. This has been reduced from the top 125 who earned a spot prior to the 2023 PGA Tour Season.

The 2024 FedEx St. Jude Championship is being placed at the TPC Southwind Golf Course in Memphis, TN. The course is par-70 and comes in at 7241 yards with a 145-slope rating. The course has been the first stop on the FedEx Cup circuit since 2007. Before being associated with the FedEx Cup, the tournament was held under the name the St. Jude Classic.
How Many Players Get an Invite to the FedEx St. Jude Championship?
Only the top 70 players in the FedEx Cup Standing automatically qualify for the FedEx St. Jude Championship. Unless we see Tiger win the British Open, we will not see him in this one. We will see world #1 Scottie Scheffler no matter how he finishes up the PGA season with the number of FedEx Cup points that he has accumulated so far.
