A question that comes up pretty frequently is who is on the US Women’s basketball team for the 2024 Olympics? Team USA has selected the 12 primary players to represent the U.S. during the Paris Summer games. Team selections are highlighted by a number of WNBA stars to include A’ja Wilson, Kelsey Plum, and Breanna Stewart. Star rookie, Caitlin Clark from the Indiana Fever, was not picked to be on the roster for the Olympics.
Now even though you see a lot of noise on this front on social media, she is an alternate for the team. If anyone drops out due to injury or can’t get up to game speed, she can get added. We’ll just have to wait and see.
