What is the UFL?
The United Football League (UFL) starts play in March 2024. The league was created from a merger of the USFL and XFL. The merger of the conferences was announced on December 31st, 2023 on Fox NFL Sunday and via press release. The UFL plans to expand to 12 teams by 2025 and to 16 teams by 2026. UFL Championship plans are to host the game in St. Louis, MO based on the strong fan base support in the city.

The first game in the 2024 UFL regular season starts on March 30, 2024. UFL schedules are treating fans with a matchup between the 2023 USFL champion, Birmingham Stallions and the 2023 XLF Champion, Arlington Renegades. There are 10 games in the United Football League regular season compared to 17 games in the NFL regular season.
