The 2024 PAC-12 basketball tournament schedule will start on March 13th, 2024. The tournament location is the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The championship game will be on March 16th, 2024, finishing a day before the NCAA Selection Sunday broadcast scheduled for March 17th, 2024. The champion of the tournament will earn the conferences’ automatic bid to the 2024 NCAA men’s basketball tournament.
Who is the 2024 Favorite in the PAC-12 Basketball Tournament?
The Arizona Wildcats have consistently been the highest ranked team in the PAC-12 all season. Winning the PAC-12 regular season title and conference tournament are no guarantee for the Wildcats. There are five other teams within striking distance of Zona for the regular season crown. Just about anything can happen when we hit the post season tourney. Don’t be shocked to see Colorado, Stanford, or even a team from lower in the regular season rankings make a strong run in the tourney.

Similar to other conferences, the PAC-12 has been on/off with holding the tournament each year. Under the PAC-10 brand, it was first held in 1987 for four years. The tourney was restarted in 2002. The 2024 PAC-12 men’s basketball tournament may be the last one held due to conference realignment leaving only two teams in the conference for the 2025 season. We will see what happens.
