The 2025 Durham Super Regional schedule starts on Saturday, June 7th, 2025. Duke (40-19) is hosting Murray State (42-14). This is the first time that Duke has hosted a Super Regional. The first team to win two games moves on to the 2025 Men’s College World Series.
How Did Duke Make it to the Super Regional?
The Blue Devils won their fourth overall baseball regional championship. They won the Athens regional by defeating Oklahoma State twice and #7 seed Georgia once. This is the fourth time in the last seven seasons that Duke has make it to this stage of the NCAA Men’s baseball tournament.
How Did Murray State Make it to the Super Regional?
Murray State won the Oxford regional. This is the first time in program history they have played in a Super Regional. Murray State defeated Georgia Tech twice, and won two of three against Ole Miss (the hosts) to win the regional. Ole Miss was the overall #10 seed in the tournament.
