The 2024 MLB Playoff schedule now shifts to a best-of-seven game format for the championship series for each league. The Wild Card round was a best-of-three game series, and the Divisional series were best-of-five. The NY Yankees and the LA Dodgers are the higher seeds for each series respectfully and have the home field advantage.
