The Men’s March Madness games air on truTV, CBS, TNT, and TBS this year. For the women’s March Madness, their games are on ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, and ESPNews. What Channels will Broadcast March Madness?
When you are looking for how to watch March Madness 2024, the men’s games are televised on TNT Sports channels (TNT, TBS, truTV) and CBS Sports. Women’s March Madness is on all of the ESPN channels and ABC. For March Madness streaming options, Paramount+ with SHOWTIME will have the CBS games and B/R Sports on Max carries the truTV, TBS, and TNT games. ESPN+ will carry some of the ABC/ESPN games.

How Do You Watch March Madness for Free?
So, if you are truly old school and just want to rely on an OTA (over the air) antenna. If you get the CBS and ABC broadcasts in your local area, then you’ll be able to watch the games assigned to those networks. For the women’s tournament you might be in luck and be able to check out the championship game scheduled for ABC. For the men’s tournament, the championship is slated for TBS.
Does the NCAA Provide an App to Watch March Madness?
The NCAA streams the games on NCAA.com if you want totally free. If you already subscribe to a cable service, then you can watch everything via the March Madness Live app (Google Play link, non-affiliate) for the men’s games. It is available to download on just about every type of device you can think of. Amazon Fire, Roku, AppleTV Android, Apple, XBox, and so on. The womens’ games will require ESPN+ or a streaming service that already carries the ESPN family of networks and ABC.
Some options that include all of the games from both tournaments are Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, and DirecTV Stream. Those have different options when it comes to free trial offers, so its really your preference on what you want to try out and potentially stick with for your TV needs. Paramount+ became better known as a Super Bowl streaming option in February. It will only carry the CBS televised games this March Madness season. Max will stream all March Madness games that are on truTV, TNT, and TBS through the B/R Sports Add-on.
