The 2024 Summit League basketball tournament schedule starts on March 8th, 2024. The tournament will championship occurs on March 12th, 2024. All postseason men’s basketball tournament games take place at the Denny Sanford Premier Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The team who wins the tourney will earn the conference’s automatic bid to the 2024 NCAA D-1 Men’s basketball championship game.
How Does the Summit League Conference Tournament Seeding Work?
All of the Summit League teams (nine) will get to compete in the postseason tournament. The teams are seeded by their conference record. If teams are tied, then their head-to-head records are used first to break the tie. This breaks most ties, but if not, the records against the highest-seeded team not involved in the tie is used.
