How Does the MVC Conference Tournament Seeding Work?
All of the teams in the MVC are seeded by their conference record. Ties are broken by their conference regular season record against each other. If still tied, then common opponents are used to break the ties. The top four teams in the tournament enjoy first round byes, so lower seeds only have to win one additional game to win the tournament.
Where is the 2024 MVC Men’s Basketball Tournament being Played?
The Missouri Valley Conference Men’s basketball championship is being played at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri. This is the 34th consecutive year that Arch Madness is played at the location. The arena seats 18,096 fans and is the home of the St. Louis Blues of the NHL. Enterprise Center first opened in 1994 and has been known by the brand name since July 1st, 2018.
