How the 2026-27 A-10 season works
All 14 teams play an 18-game conference schedule after non-conference play, then every team heads to the A-10 Tournament seeded by conference record. The tournament champion earns the league’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament, while the A-10’s strongest regular-season teams play their way onto the at-large board. Conference play tips off at the end of December and runs through early March.

The 2027 Atlantic 10 Men’s Basketball Championship returns to Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, running March 10 to 14, 2027. All 14 teams are in the field across five days, with the lower seeds opening the bracket and the top seeds earning byes. The winner takes the A-10’s automatic NCAA Tournament bid.
