2026 NASCAR Cup Championship: Homestead Finale, Contenders and How to Watch

The 2026 NASCAR Cup Series season comes down to one race. The Straight Talk Wireless 400 at Homestead-Miami Speedway on Sunday, Nov. 8 is the championship finale, and after William Byron’s win at Martinsville, just three drivers remain mathematically eligible for the title. Here is who is still alive, the full standings, and how to watch.

Three drivers carry title hopes into Homestead. Kyle Larson leads the way, with his Joe Gibbs Racing challengers chasing.

Driver Team Gap to lead
Kyle Larson Hendrick Motorsports Leads
Christopher Bell Joe Gibbs Racing -67
Denny Hamlin Joe Gibbs Racing -70

Larson holds a 67-point cushion over Bell and 70 over Hamlin, so the No. 5 car controls its own destiny. Bell and Hamlin need a strong Homestead run and some trouble up front to close the gap.
