2026 Sao Paulo Grand Prix: Schedule, Start Times and How to Watch

Formula 1 heads to Brazil for the 2026 Sao Paulo Grand Prix, round 20 of 23, at the Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace (Interlagos). It is a standard race weekend this year, not a sprint, so the order builds from practice to a single qualifying session before Sunday’s 71-lap race. Here is the full schedule in Eastern time and how to watch in the US.

Sao Paulo GP weekend schedule

2026 Sao Paulo Grand Prix schedule and how to watch

FP2 Friday, Nov. 6 2:00 PM
FP3 Saturday, Nov. 7 9:30 AM
Qualifying Saturday, Nov. 7 1:00 PM

How to watch in the US

Apple TV is the exclusive US home of Formula 1 in 2026, so every session streams there. Practice is typically free in the Apple TV app, with qualifying and the race for subscribers. There is no sprint at Interlagos this year; the sprint returns to the Brazilian weekend in 2027.

What is at stake

With only a handful of rounds left in 2026, Interlagos is one of the last chances to swing the championship picture before the finale. The circuit’s short lap, elevation changes and unpredictable weather make it one of the best races of the year for late drama.
