What Is on the Roster Sheet
The first page is your master roster. A team info bar at the top holds the team name, coach, season or division, and a contact, and the roster table below has a row for every player with a jersey number, position, and a parent or guardian name and phone. The second page is the lineup side: a depth chart with starter and sub lines for each offensive and defensive position, and an attendance grid where you check off who shows up and plays each game. Together it keeps your whole team organized in one printout.
Using the Depth Chart and Rotation
The depth chart lists the common 5-on-5 positions, quarterback, center, running back, and receivers on offense, and rusher, cornerbacks, safety, and a flex on defense. Write a starter and a sub at each spot so you always know your next player in. Pair it with the attendance grid to plan a fair rotation: track who has played and rotate positions so every player gets even reps. Coaches who script plays can build them on our flag football play sheet and call them fast with our wristband play cards.
Flag Football Roster Sheet FAQ

The roster table has 14 rows, enough for a standard flag football team with substitutes. The attendance grid tracks the same players across 10 games.
