Free Printable High School Volleyball Pack

The pack is a single PDF with three pages, built specifically for the high school game with a rotation court, libero tracking, and a state-tournament bracket.
- Lineup & Rotation Sheet: a six-position court diagram, serve order, a libero tracker, and a substitution log.
- State Playoff Bracket: a 16-team single-elimination bracket from the first round to the state final.
- Season Schedule: a match calendar with opponent, home/away, result, and running record.
How to Use the Volleyball Lineup Sheet
Volleyball is played six on the court, and players rotate clockwise each time the team wins the serve. The lineup sheet uses the standard rotational positions so you can set your starting six and keep the serve order straight.
- Positions: the court is numbered 1 through 6, with 1 at right back (the server), moving to 2, 3, 4 across the front and 5, 6 in the back.
- Serve order: write your six starters in order so the scorer and referee can confirm each rotation.
- Libero tracker: the libero is a back-row specialist in a contrasting jersey who replaces back-row players without counting as a substitution. Log each swap so it stays legal.
- Substitutions: record every sub in and out with the score, since high school rules limit team substitutions per set.
State Playoff Bracket and Season Schedule
The 16-team bracket is built for a section or state tournament. Seed your teams one through sixteen, fill in the first-round matchups, and advance each winner toward the center until a champion is crowned; best-of-five sets is the standard for playoff matches. The season schedule page keeps every match, result, and your running record on one sheet, which makes playoff seeding easy to follow.
Volleyball Lineup Sheet FAQ
How does volleyball rotation work?
All six players rotate one position clockwise each time their team wins the serve back from the opponent. The player moving into position 1, at right back, becomes the next server.
What does the libero do?
The libero is a back-row defensive specialist who wears a contrasting jersey, can replace any back-row player without it counting as a substitution, and cannot attack the ball from above the height of the net.
How many sets are in a high school volleyball match?
High school matches are usually best-of-five sets. The first four sets are played to 25 points, and a deciding fifth set is played to 15, each won by two.
