Ra Young is a tech entrepreneur, co-founder and CEO of N3ST3D Labs, and a Project Controls Professional who brings a strategic, data-driven mindset to his lifelong passion for sports. With 22 years of unwavering Indianapolis Colts fandom, Ra also holds deep collegiate allegiance to Florida State (by birthright) and Iowa State (as a graduate), cheering across all major sports.

In global football, Ra’s heart belongs to España and FC Barcelona; where he studied abroad, while also rooting for Argentina and Brazil, thanks to legendary Barca connections like Ronaldinho and Messi. A dedicated Pittsburgh Penguins fan since 1995, he’s recently expanded his interests into rugby (Go All Blacks!) and cricket, embracing the international side of the game.
