Season outlook
This is a landmark season on Colorado Boulevard: after years in the Summit League, Denver moves to the West Coast Conference as a full member for 2026-27, joining a 10-team league alongside Saint Mary’s, San Francisco, Santa Clara, San Diego, Pacific, Portland, Loyola Marymount, Pepperdine and Seattle U. Tim Bergstraser is in his second season leading the Pioneers, who play at the newly renovated Hamilton Gymnasium. The non-conference slate is ambitious, with road trips to Wisconsin, Kansas and Colorado before league play begins in January.
