Four weeks are in the books, so here is where all 32 NFL teams stand entering Week 5. Our ranking is a consensus, blending several national power polls into one clean order, then adding the context that matters. We refresh it every Tuesday morning once Monday Night Football wraps the week.
How we build these rankings

Rather than lean on a single writer, we average the latest rankings from a handful of respected national sources (ESPN, Yahoo Sports, Pro Football Talk, CBS Sports, Fox Sports and Sharp Football Analysis) into one consensus order. That smooths out the outliers and gives you the field honest read on every team, top to bottom. Where two teams land in a near tie, the one with the stronger single ranking gets the edge.
