Here is the 2026 Elite Eight schedule for you. The Regional Finals are split across Saturday, March 28, and Sunday, March 29. Saturday’s games will air on TBS, while Sunday’s games move to CBS.
Elite 8 Results: Saturday, March 28
The South and West Regions have been decided. North Dakota and Wisconsin are the first two teams to advance to the 2026 Final Four.
- South Regional Final:(3) Illinois 71, (9) Iowa 59
- Recap: The Illini dominated the paint (+28 points in the paint) and outrebounded the Hawkeyes 38-21 to secure their first Final Four trip under Brad Underwood.
- West Regional Final:(1) Arizona 79, (2) Purdue 64
- Recap: The Wildcats ended a 25-year Final Four drought by pulling away from the Boilermakers in the second half. Freshman Koa Peat led the way with 20 points.

Elite Eight Update: Michigan Punches Ticket to Indy
The Midwest Region has its champion! No. 1 Michigan put on a masterclass in Chicago, overwhelming Tennessee 95-62. Behind a career-high 27 points from Yaxel Lendeborg and a suffocating defense that held the Vols to just 32% shooting, the Wolverines have secured their first Final Four trip since 2018.
Michigan now heads to Indianapolis for a big #1 vs #1 showdown against Arizona this Saturday.
Elite Eight Final Result: A Historic Comeback
- Final Score: (2) UConn 73, (1) Duke 72
- The Moment: Trailing by as many as 19 points in the first half, the Huskies clawed back to within striking distance in the final minutes. Freshman wing Braylon Mullins, an Indiana native, hit a miraculous three-pointer with just 0.4 seconds remaining to give UConn its first lead of the entire game and the victory.
