2024 NIT Tournament Bracket

The 2024 NIT Tournament bracket is out for men’s basketball. The games start Tuesday, March 19th. The NIT Final Four and Championship game will take place on April 2nd and 4th, 2024. They will be played at Hinkle Fieldhouse located on the Butler campus in Indianapolis, IN. All of the tournament games are being shown on the ESPN family of channels. 2024 NIT Tournament Schedule

Not a lot of younger fans realize that the NIT used to be the BIG postseason tournament for colleges. The entire NCAA Tournament being the big deal was really a last half-century type of deal. Anyway, moving on from the history lesson. Here’s the 2024 NIT tournament bracket and schedule for you to follow when the games are being held. 

  • First round games are March 19-20
  • Second round games are March 23-24
  • The quarterfinal games are March 26-27
  • The 2024 NIT semifinals are at 7 p.m. (ESPN) and 9:30 p.m. (ESPN2) on April 2
  • The 2024 NIT championship game is at 7 p.m. ET on April 4 on ESPN

What TV Channels are Covering the 2024 NIT? 

Similar to the 2024 NCAA Women’s Tournament, the ESPN family of networks is covering the NIT tournament. These include ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, and ESPN+. ABC is not assigned any games in the opening rounds of play, but that can change for later rounds of the NIT bracket
