2024 WNBA Mock Draft Database

We’ve got a 2024 WNBA mock draft database for you here. I was doing research on the Olympics women’s basketball schedule and realized there were not a lot of options for Women’s mock draft databases out there. So there you go. With the WNBA draft coming up on April 15th, 2024, I wanted to get one out for everyone to check out during March Madness. 

The update date listed is what is published on the mock draft. There is one that I couldn’t find this information on and have labeled such. I’ll get into the methodology a little more here in a second. 

Methodology for Mock Draft Database Inclusion

So, I went to Google and just put in the 2024 WNBA Mock draft. I went to about page four on the search results. A few things that I noticed. A lot of mock drafts have not been updated since the trades of the picks happened. Several others haven’t removed Paige Bueckers from their drafts since she declared intent to come back to college for the 2024-25 season over a month ago. 

So, the NBA Draft room is the only one I list that I can’t confirm to you was updated in 2024. All the others listed are. Not one draft was left out that met the basic criteria above. I reserve the right not to list a mock if the site is too spammy (ie I feel like I’ll get a virus if I go there), or if the site quality is just too poor (nothing on my search was in those categories). 

Which Big Time Players are Not Entering the Draft?

The following players are not entering the 2024 WNBA Draft:

• Paige Bueckers, UCONN
• Ayoka Lee, Kansas State
• Te-Hina Paopao, South Carolina
• Liatu King, Pittsburgh
• Georgia Amoore, Virginia Tech (transferring to Kentucky)

2024 WNBA Mock Draft Database Picks

So, we shouldn’t see too many more changes on players staying in or getting out of the draft. Caitlin Clark and Cameron Brink have announced their intent to enter the 2024 WNBA Draft. We’ll keep you posted on other player news. 100% of the mock drafts I reviewed have Caitlin Clark going #1 to the Indiana Fever and Cameron Brink to the LA Sparks at #2. There are some players that could decide to come back to school if they don’t think they’ll go high enough in the draft. We’ll know for sure after the Women’s March Madness run is over. 

There is variance between the #3 and #5 picks as you’ll see. The complete WNBA draft order is up here. The first day of the WNBA regular season picks up just 30 days after the draft. Before you know it, the 2024 WNBA Playoffs will be here too. We’ll keep you posted on any big changes that arise for the draft.
