The tournament features the world’s best golfers and will be played April 11-14, 2024. Never more than 85-100 players earn an invitation to the tournament. Which Networks are Televising the Masters Golf Tournament?

For the 2024 Masters tournament, ESPN and CBS are splitting the coverage of the four-day event. The opening two rounds are being covered by ESPN. The weekend rounds (three and four) will be broadcast by CBS and streamed on Paramount + this year. For those who prefer ESPN Deportes, the channel is covering the first two rounds live. The coverage is from 3:00 PM ET to 7:30PM ET. It will cover the last two rounds from 5 PM to 7PM. If you don’t want to miss any action while driving in your car, SiriusXM will be carrying the radio coverage.

Can I Stream the 2024 Masters?

So, even though Augusta National does not permit cell phones on the course during play doesn’t mean the Masters isn’t getting with the times. If you want to stream the tournament there is a 100% free option for you. The Masters has its own app. The Masters App can be downloaded on the Google Play or Apple App store for free. Just don’t do it on the course if you are one of the lucky people to have a ticket. 

What are the Future Masters Dates by Year?

Before we get into the daily round TV coverages, we’ll touch on the future dates of the tournament for you. The Masters schedule targets the second Sunday of April for the fourth round. As a result, it’s fairly straightforward to project the future tournament dates. Since 1948, there have only been a few times the tournament hasn’t occurred on this date. If you throw the COVID year out when we played it in November, 1984 was the last time the tournament was not played in the second week of April. The future dates are: 

• 2024 Masters: Thursday, April 11, through Sunday, April 14, 2024
• 2025 Masters: Thursday, April 10, through Sunday, April 13, 2025
• 2026 Masters: Thursday, April 9, through Sunday, April 12, 2026
• 2027 Masters: Thursday, April 8, through Sunday, April 11, 2027
• 2028 Masters: Thursday, April 6, through Sunday, April 9, 2028

We’ve included the daily broadcasts that you can expect for the 2024 Masters TV schedule below. We split the coverage out to each day, so it is easier for you to follow the events from Augusta National Golf club. We use the local time of the event (U.S. Eastern Time) for everyone. For each day, you can expect the following Masters Tournament TV, streaming, and radio coverage times by ESPN, CBS, Sirius, and Paramount+ (streaming). You will typically see CBS confirm earlier coverage of the tournament as we get closer to tee-off on Saturday and Sunday.

2024 Masters Golf Tournament TV Schedule- Round 1

One of the big traditions of the masters is to have past stars do the honorary tee shots to start the first round. 

2024 Masters Golf Tournament TV Schedule – Round 2

The second day of play starts to see the separation in the field. Everyone will be watching closely who is close to the cutline. Generally 50 players make the cut with everyone who is within 10 strokes of the leader earning a spot for the weekend. This is also the last day of the Masters TV schedule for 2024 that ESPN is the lead network before shifting to CBS for the weekend. 

2024 Masters Golf Tournament TV Schedule – Round 3

The third round of the masters sees a pivot to CBS being the lead broadcast network for the action. While we have the notional rotation of how the network has covered Augusta in the past, they can adjust the hole and coverage at any point to bring interesting points of the match to the forefront for viewers. The third round of play also sees play shift from mostly threesomes on the course to twosomes. 

2024 Masters Golf Tournament TV Schedule – Round 4

Sunday is when the Master’s Champion will be determined. In years that we get a lot of rain, it is not unheard of for the championship to shift to Monday to wrap-up play. If Mother Nature cooperates, then we get to see last year’s champion award the green jacket to the 2024 champion to close out the 2024 Masters TV schedule and coverage.
