Ok, so it’s time to look at the MLB home run leaders for 2024. Aaron Judge has been on fire the last month leading the MLB with 20 HRs now. He is the consensus favorite to lead MLB in home runs this season, but we’ll see. Don’t underestimate new teammate Juan Soto with the short Yankees right field porch either. Soto as 15 HR’s at the time of this update.

Betts is now tied with Mike Trout, Tyler O’Neil, and Marcell Ozuna with 5 HR’s for the MLB lead. Several other with 4 with Hernandez.
*** Update April 10th – Well, Mike Trout and Tyler O’Neil have jumped up to 6 HR’s to lead MLB now. We’ll see how the rest of this week goes!
***Update June 1st – Well, that didn’t age well for Mike Trout, but Aaron Judge has gotten hot. 20 tanks so far heading into the games on June 1st. Soto isn’t too far behind with 15. Judge is currently on pace for 55 or more HR’s this season. His 3.1 WAR to date is almost equal to his 4.5 from last season when he was hurt. We’ll update you more frequently now that things are heating up.
