The 2024 MAAC basketball tournament schedule takes place March 12-16, 2024. The Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference men’s basketball tournament is being played at the Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey. This is the fifth year in a row the conference tourney has been played at this location. The MAAC champion earns the conference’s automatic bid to the 2024 NCAA men’s basketball tournament.
How Does the MAAC Conference Tournament Seeding Work?
Each of the 11 teams in the MAAC will be playing in the 2024 postseason tournament. The top five seeded teams earn byes to the quarterfinal round of play. The teams get seeded by their regular season conference record. If two teams are tied, their head-to-head records are used to break the tie.
