2024 Big East Basketball tournament schedule

The 2024 Big East Basketball Tournament schedule starts on March 13, 2024. The tournament location is Madison Square Garden in New York City. The winner of the championship game scheduled for March 16, 2024, will earn the conference automatic bid to the 2024 NCAA Men’s basketball tournament. All 11 Big East schools will be participating in the tournament this year. The conference will seed all team from #1 to #11 based on conference records and using tiebreakers. The top five seeds will have byes during the first round of the tournament.

Who is the Favorite in the 2024 Big East Men’s Basketball Tournament?

The Big East is extremely strong this season. The UConn Huskies have been ranked extremely high this year along with Marquette and Creighton. The Seton Hall Pirates and St. John’s Red Storm have strong conference records as well, so we will be well-poised for March Madness to ensue. While only one team will earn the automatic bid to March Madness, it’s expected the league could see up to five or possibly six teams earn spots in the tournament.
