2026 March Madness Women’s Schedule; Times, TV Broadcasts

The 2026 March Madness Women’s schedule starts on March 16th, 2026. The First Four take place on March 18-19, 2026. Just like in 2024, the 2026 NCAA Women’s Tournament has two vice four regional sites. They will take place in Fort Worth, Texas and Sacramento, California. The 2026 Women’s Final Four and Championship game are scheduled on April 3rd and 5th, 2026. More on the 2026 NCAA Women’s Tournament schedule below. 

2026 March Madness Women’s Schedule

Once the TV assignments are made for 2026 Women’s March Madness, we’ll update you here. Selection Sunday time is based on what the NCAA did in past years. It’s entirely possible that they swap times with the 2026 Men’s March Madness schedule. We’ll update you if they do change the time. The first and second round dates are based on the scheduling convention the NCAA used for the 2025 Women’s March Madness schedule. 

Selection Sunday: 8 p.m. ET Sunday, March 16

First Four: March 18-19

First round: March 20-21

Second round: March 22-23 

Sweet 16: March 27-28

Elite Eight: March 20-30 

Final Four: Saturday, April 3

NCAA championship game: Sunday, April 5

The locations for the 2026 March Madness Women’s First and Second rounds are TBD. Once they are confirmed by the NCAA, we’ll update you here for the location, venue, and host organization.

2026 Women’s Sweet 16 and Elite 8 Schedule

Just like in the 2025 Women’s March Madness schedule, the Women’s tournament regionals are in two locations. For 2026 March Madness, Fort Wort, TX and Sacramento, CA are the two host sites. 

2026 Women’s Final Four and Championship Game Schedule

The 2026 Women’s March Madness Final Four takes place at Phoenix Arena in Phoenix, AZ.
