The 2024 NCAA Division II Women’s basketball tournament bracket is out. The games get started on March 15th and 16th with the regional tournaments. These are all held on campus sites. Then, we move to the St. Joseph Civic Center in St. Joseph, Missourii for the quarterfinals, semifinals, and championship games. The DII Women’s championship is scheduled for March 29th, 2024.

How Many Automatic Qualifiers are there in the DII Basketball Tournament?
The NCAA DII Women’s basketball tournament has 23 automatic bids. Just like the DII men’s tournament. The NCAA Selection Committee chose the remaining 41 teams based on performance and allocation across the eight designated regions for DII women’s basketball. This varies somewhat from the 2024 NCAA Women’s DI bracket setup.
