Fans are being treated to three games on the NFL Christmas Day Schedule 2025 this year. The NFL has scheduled three games for Christmas Day 2025 (Thursday, December 25). This is the first time since the move to a 17-game season that Christmas falls on a Thursday, allowing a full day of football in Week 17. All three games will stream live, with Netflix carrying the first two and Prime Video handling the night game. Local CBS stations will also broadcast the games in the home markets of the participating teams.

Cowboys at Commanders – 1:00 p.m. ET
NFC East matchup with playoff positioning on the line. Dallas currently sits at 6-5-1, Washington at 3-9.
Lions at Vikings – 4:30 p.m. ET
Both teams are in the NFC North. Detroit is 7-5 and in the wild-card hunt; Minnesota is 4-8 and fighting to stay alive for a postseason spot but may be out of the mix by the time Christmas gets here.
Broncos at Chiefs – 8:15 p.m. ET
